Stephanie grew up in Middletown, NJ. She attended Rutgers University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Natural Resources Management. She later completed post-graduate coursework in Science Education and attained her NJ State Science Teaching Certificate.

Mrs. Lucarelli spent summers working as a Backcountry Ranger for Rocky Mountain National Park and a Team Building Leader for the Monmouth County Park System. Her passion, however, was being a 7th and 8th grade science teacher in Fair Haven, NJ.

In 2002, Ms. Lucarelli and her husband, Domenic, became residents of Naples. They have four children, who are graduates or current students of Collier County Public Schools.

Stephanie, who sits on a variety of non-profit boards throughout the community, is a graduate of Leadership Collier and Leadership Florida and has been repeatedly awarded Certified Board Member status through Florida School Board Association.

Stephanie was a Guest Teacher for Collier County Public Schools for a short time, but has been volunteering countless hours at various schools since 2004.
